It aims to provide a creative presentation platform for feature-length fiction film projects in the pre-production stage, bringing together producers, directors, and screenwriters in the script development phase with industry professionals.
Selected projects are supported with both financial awards and opportunities for international collaboration and mentorship.




Producers' Start Up is a support program specifically designed for screenwriters and directors who are developing their first feature-length fiction film. Being the only platform that does not require a producer, this program aims to breathe new life into the sector and also lay the foundation for the Troya Film Platform Graduates program.
In its first year in collaboration with Netflix, Troya Film Platform organized a special directing training for Çanakkale 18 Mart University students within the scope of Producers' Start Up to train young talents who will carry the creative industry into the future.




Agora Meetings will bring together film producers, entrepreneurs, cinema technology investors, free TV channels, digital platforms, and financial institutions, opening the doors to strong B2B (Business to Business) collaborations. During these meetings, producers, distributors, and investors will discuss new projects and explore opportunities for cooperation.
Our goal is to create a strong network among participants, enabling projects to reach wider audiences and enhancing collaboration within the film industry.




Troya Talks is an event series consisting of panels and talks where prominent figures from the film industry come together to discuss current topics. Participants have the opportunity to gain inspiration from leading professionals in the field and share their own knowledge and experiences. The aim of these events is to deepen discussions within the film industry and foster new perspectives. All of these events are valuable opportunities offered to participants of the Troya Film Platform, designed to support individual growth and enhance collaboration within the film sector.






Through case study sessions that shed light on the creative and production processes of various projects, we support industry knowledge sharing and the exchange of inspiration.
By establishing these sessions within a sustainable structure, we aim to ensure continuous knowledge transfer and professional interaction within the creative industries. With these annual gatherings, we create a lasting reference point and a space for development for industry professionals.

As a supporting event for the “Producer’s Start Up: Directing Training from A to Z” organized in collaboration with Netflix, a workshop was held featuring RED Digital Camera. In this workshop, attended by eight cinematographers, the latest models of RED digital cameras were tested. Additionally, scenes were shot under simulated rain conditions. After the training, students also had the opportunity to experience the equipment firsthand.
